Web Content Research & Project Management
Client: University of Southampton Digital Team
Project Details: A data-driven research project to lay the foundations for future web content development for the university. I worked within the Content Team in Communications & Marketing.
We investigated the user needs for the different audience groups visiting the University website using various methodologies including Google Analytics, interviews and online surveys. I met with internal stakeholders across the Marketing Team and within the academic faculties to explain the work and organise workshops.
